1、 Preliminary preparation work
1. Measurement, laying out, and positioning

2. Install connectors and suspension angle steel
After aligning the horizontal and keel lines, fix the suspension rod to the ceiling with expansion bolts.

2、 Dragon bone installation
1. Installation of main keel
The material used for the main keel is generally light steel keel, with a spacing of 1200mm. When installing, pay attention to the connection between the suspension rods.

2. Installation of side keel
Fix the painted keel with cement nails around the wall, ensuring that the distance between the cement nails is not greater than 300mm23.

3. Installation of secondary keel
According to the specifications of the aluminum buckle plate, install the supporting secondary keel, which is hung on the main keel by hanging brackets, and pay attention to the connection between the joints.

4. Installation of supporting keel for Aluminum honeycomb panel
The Aluminum honeycomb panel supporting keel consists of angle steel suspension rods (L50 × 5) and honeycomb panel supporting keel (L40 × 4). The distance between the angle steel suspension rods is 1000, and they are connected to the secondary keel with M12 × 50 bolts. The honeycomb panel supporting keel is then connected to the angle steel suspension rod bolts. The levelness of the keel is adjusted through the waist shaped hole, and the levelness is controlled not to exceed 4mm23.

3、 Aluminum honeycomb panel installation
1. Hook type installation
There will be reserved devices around the ceiling to fix the honeycomb panels to the ceiling through ceiling hooks. Firstly, install hooks around the ceiling, and then place the honeycomb panel on the hooks to maintain their stability. This method is simple and convenient, suitable for various types of building structures.
2. Installation of aluminum alloy keel
Firstly, install the fixed keel on the ceiling, then place the honeycomb panel on the keel and fix it with screws. The advantage of this method is that the ceiling is more sturdy and less prone to deformation, but it is necessary to ensure the consistency of the spacing between the keels during installation to ensure the overall flatness of the ceiling.
3. Lifting and installation
Suitable for large Aluminum honeycomb panel ceilings. Firstly, the Aluminum honeycomb panel needs to be divided into several pieces and pre decorated on the ground. Then, use a crane or hoist to lift the prefabricated Aluminum honeycomb panel to the installation position and fix it with screws. Suitable for scenarios that require the installation of large area ceilings, with high installation efficiency.
4. Installation of suspension device
Firstly, install the suspension device on the ground, then place the honeycomb panel on the suspension device and fix it with pins. This method can effectively reduce dust accumulation between the ceiling and the ground while maintaining a relatively flat ceiling.
5. Flanging method (with limitations)
During processing, the method of flanging is adopted. This method is relatively simple, but it is not suitable for some shaped boards because they need to be connected to the keel during the connection process.
6. Hook up installation (with limitations)
Adopting a hooked installation method is not suitable for products with relatively large panel areas, and the ceiling should be kept horizontal during installation, resulting in a relatively simple appearance.
7. Installation of Z-shaped pendant
Adopting the Z-shaped pendant method is relatively simple to install and suitable for many occasions, making maintenance very convenient.
8. Installation of U-shaped pendant
Adopting a U-shaped pendant for installation can effectively replace manual installation and will be directly connected to the keel.
9. Hanging ear installation
The installation is carried out in a hanging ear style, which requires the addition of hanging ears for separate processing, and then bonding with the honeycomb aluminum ceiling.

4、 Post production work
1. Adjustment
When installing the aluminum buckle plate, a reference line should be drawn perpendicular to the direction of the secondary keel in the middle position, aligned for installation, and attention should be paid to being gentle during installation. After laying all the boards, adjustments need to be made. Adjust the levelness and height of the ceiling to match the original structure. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the gaps between the boards are suitable, and if necessary, make further adjustments.
2. Cleaning
After the installation of the buckle plate is completed, it is time to clean the site. Simply clean the buckle plate thoroughly. If operations such as cutting are used, it is also necessary to clean the debris generated by the cutting. After the adjustment is completed, it is necessary to use a dust cloth to clean the ceiling and construction site.
