1. The composition of Antibacterial mildew-resistant aluminum composite panel

The antibacterial mildew-resistant aluminum plastic composite board is made up of multi-layer materials, the upper and lower layers are high-purity aluminum alloy plates, and the middle is a non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) core plate, and a protective film is attached on the front side. For outdoor use, the front side of the aluminum-plastic panel is coated with a fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) coating. For the interior, a polyester coating and a PET color film can be used on the front side.

2. Antibacterial property of antibacterial mildew-resistant aluminum composite panel

The antibacterial mildew-proof aluminum-plastic board is coated with a special coating with antibacterial and bactericidal effects, so that the surface of the aluminum-plastic board has strong antibacterial and bactericidal effects, inhibits the activity and reproduction of microorganisms, and gradually kills them, creating a clean environment, the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial aluminum-plastic panel on E. coli is over 96%, and the bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus aureus is over 93%.

3.The application of antibacterial mildew-resistant aluminum composite panel

Many hospitals are now using this material for renovation. The current antibacterial aluminum composite panel can pass the test of E. coli (ATCC 8739) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538P), and some can even resist more strains, as well as the function of killing such strains. Passed the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Z 2801:2010.
